From agave to bottle,nothing rushed

Most tequila is made fast. Ours isn't. Every CACIENDA bottle follows the same patient process by hand, in brick ovens, with nothing added along the way.

Harvesting the Agave

We hand-select the finest mature agaves from Jalisco's Highlands and Lowlands harvesting at up to 8 years old.

Cooking & Fermentation

The agave piñas are slowly steam-roasted in centuries old traditional brick ovens for 36-54 hours. We use natural yeast to slowly ferment the agave juice for 48-60 hours to produce a full-bodied agave flavor. We slowly double distill using alembic stills commonly known as "pot stills."

Distillation

Double distilled in alembic copper pot stills — a slower, more deliberate method that preserves the natural character of the agave rather than refining it away.

Aging

Our Reposado is aged at least 4 months in American Oak Vats and our Añejo is aged up to 2 years in Old Oak American Bourbon barrels for exceptional smoothness and flavor complexity.

Our Tequilas are 100% Agave and 100% Additive Free.
